iCellulaze, shouldn't you Cellulaze?
the only FDA-approved minimally invasive therapy for Cellulite

Cellulite 101

Cellulite is a structural problem below the skin.
Cellulite is actually caused by factors outside your control. Many believe it’s a fat problem, which can be addressed through diet and exercise. But fat isn’t the only culprit. Aging, hormones, genetics and dramatic weight changes can all play a role in the appearance of cellulite. Summary of known possible contributing factors to cellulite formation:

  • Pregnancy
  • Dramatic weight changes
  • Aging
  • Hormones
  • Genetics
  • Obesity

These factors can cause connective tissue bands under the skin to stiffen and the fat cells they surround to become larger and push up into the skin. And that creates the “cottage cheese” effect you wish you could eliminate, which is even easier to see if you have thin skin. Even though obesity is a possible contributing factor to cellulite, many women who suffer from cellulite of thighs have normal BMI and are not considered obese by objective observers..

Major features of cellulite appearance of thighs are dimpling, bulging pockets of fat and skin laxity. Dimples of thighs representing the valleys are caused by fibrous septae pulling the skin downward, away from the surface of the skin, very much like anchoring ropes tethered to a large tent. Bulging pockets of fat representing the hills are due to herniation of fatty tissues underneath of the skin. Furthermore, there often are skin laxity and skin thinning associated with cellulite formation.

Over the past few decades, there have been numerous attempts to improve the appearance of cellulites. Unfortunately, all of these treatments until the advent of Cellulaze have been ineffective or at best resulted in very transient improvement. Prior suboptimal treatment modalities include (and not limited to) variety of different over-the-counter creams, VelaSmooth, VelaShape, Endermologie, Xerona, Exilis, and Thermage.

And while you may have tried every treatment possible, you’ve never had a way to treat the very structure of cellulite. Until now.
